You find out too late.

The job was awarded three weeks ago. The quote went out two days late. You learn what you made on a March job in June. I build the systems that move all of that forward. Start anywhere, or just call me.

What I actually build

Four shapes. Most businesses have at least two.

Not four industries. Four ways a business quietly loses money to its own calendar. If one of these is yours, the rest is detail.

01

It was posted. You never saw it.

Somewhere public, something got posted that means work for you, or risk. A permit, a filing, a bid notice, a listing, an application. None of it is hidden. It just does not come to you, and by the time it arrives through the normal route somebody else has already answered it.

I build the watcher. It reads the source every morning, works out which ones actually fit what you do, and tells you while there is still something to do about it.

02

It eats the same hour every week.

There is a job you do the identical way every single time, from scratch, usually at night. You already know what it should say. You just have to sit there and type it, because nobody has ever had a spare afternoon to make it stop.

I build the version that shows up most of the way written, so you review it instead of building it.

03

The number arrives too late to use it.

The number exists. You just get it after it has stopped being useful. What the job actually made, once the job is finished. What you were short of, once you have run out. What went over, once it went over. What the ad budget did while nobody was watching it.

I build the version that puts it in front of you while you can still change the outcome.

04

It went out, and then nothing happened.

The quote went out three weeks ago and nobody has looked at it since. The invoice is forty days late and chasing it feels rude. The customer from last spring has not heard from you and has probably called somebody else. Nothing here is broken. Following up is just everybody's job, which means it is nobody's.

I build the thing that remembers, drafts the chase in your own words, and then waits for you to press send. Prepared, never sent behind your back.

If yours is a fifth shape I have not built before, that is fine. Websites are a separate thing and live on their own page. The call is free, it takes thirty minutes, and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth building. Sometimes the answer is no.

Before you call

Nothing here gets invented for you.

Two of these four are already built and running. The watcher reads a county's public permit records and has already put a $1.4 million job in front of a contractor who had never heard of it. The estimate builder turns a spoken walkthrough into a priced draft, and it cut a real business from forty minutes of typing to under ten. Neither of them was a concept when somebody paid for it.

The other two are the same machinery pointed at a different problem, and I will tell you on the call which is which rather than letting you assume.

What none of them has is your work going through them. Your price book, your job types, the counties you actually drive to, the way you already decide what a job is worth.

That is the part that only you have, and it is the part that turns a system that runs into a system that earns.

What one system found in its first weeks

$1.4M

A contractor was finding out about jobs three weeks late. I built something that reads the public source every morning, works out who is behind each listing, checks them against an authoritative record, and flags what fits while there is still time to act. It surfaced a $1.4 million job nobody at the shop knew existed. It surfaced the job. It did not win it, and nothing has closed yet. The whole story, including what went wrong in the build, is on what I have built.
